GA ALCOHOL PREVENTION

DELIVERABLE, CONCEPT DESIGN
ROLE, LEAD DESIGNER
YEAR, 2025

Visual identity for a social media campaign created and funded by the Georgia Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities. This campaign’s focus was to reduce alcohol misuse and addiction amongst a wide audience of Georgia residents from ages 18 to 65. The direction for this campaign was grounded in insights received from a series of focus groups.

To meet the challenge of developing a style that would appeal to both younger and older audiences, I used basic shapes, a readable typeface, and vibrant colors. Feelings around shame were verbalized throughout focus groups, so I prioritized avoiding colors or images that might induce guilt or stigmatize particular subsets of people.
